My name is Parker Johnson (he/him), and I am the owner of this operation.

Marketing is a skill that can be studied, anticipated, and it has unfortunately become largely impersonal. Somewhere along the line, consumers became products that are bought and sold like iPhones.

What makes Cottonwood Creative different is our commitment to relationships.

Writing with clarity does not come easy for most, but perhaps most importantly, reading and reading comprehension do not come easy for most. In fact, the United States Department of Education has found that “over 50% of U.S. adults score below an international benchmark for literacy, with roughly 20% scoring at the very lowest levels.”

Content creators must commit to producing clearly articulated messaging – both written and visual – in order to ensure these valued members of our audience can effectively engage with content. It's a social justice issue.

Cottonwood Creative utilizes data to drive marketing strategy decisions, but what makes us different is our commitment to two-way conversation. Human beings are not meant to simply consume words, images, and pitches for the newest gadgets and services. No, we are meant to exchange information and details, empowering potential customers to make responsible decisions that will improve their lives, not leave them feeling like an empty shell without purpose.
